What We Do

We are a team of licensed mental health counselors and registered mental health interns who are engaged in the process of growing and maturing in our own lives and relationships. We have all received training in the counseling process and continue to pursue training and wisdom in special interest areas. We do not belong to any HMO’s or preferred provider health care plans. To determine if your health care coverage will pay any part of the fee, simply call your provider and ask if they cover any “out of network” mental health counseling.  Some companies will pay 50% to 80% of the cost. We use a client centered therapy approach from a Christian perspective.  We treat a wide range of conditions including but not limited to:

• Depression and suicidal feelings

• Anxiety disorders (obsessive-compulsive, panic, agoraphobia)

• Drug and alcohol addictions

• Self-esteem and self-image problems

• Personality disorders

• Marital and relationship conflicts

• Grief

• Emotional abuse

• Sexual Abuse

• Life transitions

• Eating disorders

• Groups are available as needs arise and staff are available
